One record.Every side of the game.

Competitions to enter, pitches to book and the gear to play in, run from one record that teams, organizers, venues and shops all read.

About

Why Matchday exists

Amateur and semi-professional sport runs on a scatter: group chats, phone calls and private spreadsheets. Every side keeps its own list, and the lists disagree.

Matchday replaces the scatter with one record that every side reads. A competition is run start to finish inside it: entries approved, fees evidenced, fixtures drawn, results and discipline recorded, and nobody keeping a list of their own.

Four sides, one record

Teams, organizers, venues and shops each get a console of their own, and all four read and write the same data. When one side acts, every side that needs to know sees the same thing, at once.

Evidence, not custody

Matchday never holds the money. It holds the proof.

Entry fees, booking payments and shop orders go straight from the payer to the organizer, venue or shop, by bank, wallet or cash. Matchday carries the evidence: the payer uploads a screenshot, and a person on the other side checks it and confirms. Nothing is marked paid that a person has not confirmed.
